Strategi Desain Manajemen Sistem Informasi

Tahap desain memutuskan bagaimana sistem akan beroperasi, dalam hal perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan  jaringan infrastruktur; antarmuka pengguna, formulir dan laporan, dan program khusus, database, dan file yang akan dibutuhkan.

Tahap desain memiliki empat langkah:

1.    Strategi desain adalah yang pertama dikembangkan. Strategi desain mengklarifikasi apakah sebuah sistem akan dikembangkan oleh programmer dari perusahaan itu sendiri, apakah sistem tersebut akan (outsourced) ke perusahaan lain (biasanya perusahaan konsultasi), atau apakah perusahaan tersebut akan membeli paket perangkat lunak yang tersedia.

2.    Ini mengarah kepada pengembangan dari dasar architecture design untuk sistem tersebut, yang menjelaskan perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan infrastruktur jaringan untuk digunakan. Dalam kebanyakan kasus, sistem akan menambahkan atau ,merubah infrastruktur yang sudah ada di dalam organisasi. Desain tatap muka menentukan bagaimana pengguna akan bergerak melalui sistem (contoh, metode navigasi seperti misalnya menu, dan tombol di layar) dan form serta laporan yang akan digunakan oleh sistem.

3.    Basis data dan spesifikasi file dikembangkan. Ini cukup menegaskan data apa yang akan disimpan dan di mana mereka akan disimpan.

4.    Tim analisa mengembangkan program design, yang menetapkan program mana yang harus dituliskan dan apa yang persisnya setiap program akan lakukan.

Ada 2 jenis langkah desain yang dapat digunakan yaitu  Desain Proses Bisnis dan Desain Pemrograman. Desain pemrograman dilakukan oleh Sistem Analis (SA) yaitu membuat desain yang diperlukan untuk pemrograman berdasarkan desain proses bisnis yang telah dibuat oleh BPA. desain ini akan menjadi pedoman bagi programmer untuk menulis source code. Desain pemrograman meliputi :

1.    Desain database

2.    Desain Screen Layout

3.    Desain Diagram Proses

4.    Desain Report Layout

Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi pada Kesehatan

Sistem informasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan merupakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mencakup seluruh jajaran upaya kesehatan diseluruh jenjang administrasi yang mampu memberikan informasi kepada :

• Pengelola, yaitu para administrator atau manajer kesehatan untuk dasar pertimbangan menentukan kebijakan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi administrasinya.
• Masyarakat, dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya untuk menolong dirinya sendiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatannya.

Sumber daya organisasi antara lain man, money, macine, method, material, dan juga data/informasi. Peran utama dari data/informasi pada hakekatnya adalah pada dukungannya terhadap fungsi-fungsi administrasi/manajemen dalam pengelolaan program kesehatan.

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat kita rasakan bagaimana sulitnya menentukan kebijakan atau pengambilan keputusan yang baik bila data/informasi yang akan dipakai untuk mendasarinya kurang atau tidak cukup tersedia. Tanpa dukungan data/informasi yang baik kebijakan yang kita ambil akan kurang tepat atau keliru.

Manfaat Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Kesehatan

Upaya pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan ditujukan ke arah terbentuknya suatu sistem informasi kesehatan yang mampu memberikan informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu dan dalam bentuk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk:

• Pengambilan keputusan di seluruh tingkat administrasi dalam rangka perencanaan, penggerakan pelaksanaan, pengawasan,  pengendalian dan penilaian.
• Mengatasi masalah-masalah kesehatan melalui isyarat dini dan upaya penanggulangannya.
• Meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat untuk menolong dirinya sendiri.
• Meningkatkan penggunaan dan penyebarluasan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi bidang kesehatan.

Pengertian Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi

Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi adalah suatu metode yang mengelola Sistem Informasi (SI) dan secara filosofis terpusat pada perspektif konsumen layanan Sistem Informasi terhadap bisnis perusahaan.

Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi itu berfokus pada proses dan Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi tersebut memiliki peminatan yang sama dengan kerangka kerja dan metodologi gerakan perbaikan proses seperti Six Sigma, ERP, dan sebagainya. Disiplin tersebut tidak memperdulikan detail penggunaan produk suatu pemasok tertentu atau detail teknis suatu sistem yang dikelola oleh Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi, melainkan disiplin tersebut memfokuskan pada upaya penyediaan kerangka kerja untuk menstrukturkan aktivitas yang terkait dengan sistem informasi dan interaksi antara personel teknis Teknologi Informasi dengan pengguna Teknologi Informasi.

Manfaat Manajemen Layanan Sistem Informasi

• Meningkatkan kecepatan akses/aksesibilitas data tepat waktu dan akurat bagi para penggunanya.
• Menjamin tersedianya keterampilan dan kualitas dalam memanfaatkan sistem informasi secara baik dan benar.
• Mengidentifikasi apa saja kebutuhan pagi pemakai layanan sistem informasi.
• Menetapkan investasi yang akan diarahkan pada sistem informasi.
• Meminimalisir biaya yang digunakan dan menghasilkan pendapatan atau keuntungan yang lebih besar.
